2W - $225/night including taxes and fees
2C - $175/night including taxes and fees

Limited boat and trailer parking is available at a rate of $10 per day.
Kayak rentals delivered to and from the City Lake or Bois D’Arc Lake are available upon request. $45 for half day & $65 for full day. Rates may vary based on availability.
Safety
Guests must climb stairs.
Please be extra cautious with the open stairwells and balconies with railings, especially with children.
There is an enclosed bee colony on the property that help pollinate our flowers. Please do not disturb them.
Rules

A $250 fee will be charged to violators

Please stay on the rooftop turfed areas.
Pets

Pets must be under 50 lbs and kept on a leash when outside the unit
No pets on rooftop spaces

An additional $35 cleaning fee and a $250 refundable deposit for each pet is required
